Nirvana Pools and Spas completely live up to their name and then some. From the day I spoke to Ben and arrange a quote, to handover, it was an absolute pleasure. Building a pool is an extremely stressful undertaking but we had Ben right there with us every step of the way. From the moment we received our quote to the day of handover, and beyond, communication was fantastic. All the trades that came on site were very professional and did spot on work. Not a client, but I work for a pool shop that does in-store water testing. I think it was a great show of care, communication, and fantastic customer service to get a call from Ben today, who provided some very helpful advice on the sanitization systems they supply and recommend. The extra effort to ensure the client's needs are being met, even after the pool has been built and the "job is done", makes a world of difference. Glad to see it!
